Jimmy John's - Le Mars

If you have an apartment can almost garentee they deliver to the wrong building/door and wont do anything well you call them about. 5 times in a row this happened. I started using doordash and paying extra just so id get it delivered to me. Then they started doing the delivery on doordash for their food and exact same outcome. I really dont u derstand what is so hard about it.

Lots of staff working bur our wraps were soo messy and over loaded with Thia dressing. Double meat was good on the big Tom's. When ordered were only told oatmeal chocolate chop cookies but had double chocolate and others at the counter.

First time going to Jimmy John's. Ordered sandwich, it didn't come with lettuce or tomato. So I asked to get lettuce, tomato, as well as hot peppers. Hot peppers were actually on the receipt. Didn't get any of the items I asked for. Even had the person making the sandwich ask me if it was the hot peppers I wanted. Will be my last time going there.

Had questions they couldnt answer. Charged for Avocado spread, 85 cents couldnt even tell it was on there. Take out no bag to carry anything in.

Some Zach guys claims to be the owners kid. Tells ya if you don't like how long your delivery is taking you can sure come in to help since we're busy. (Very rudely) Well I'm sorry but people have 30 min lunches. Not 45 min to 2 hours it takes for delivery. And you get told if they deliver to wrong address you must of entered it wrong. Won't give lemars Jimmy john's my money again. Or sioux city if they own those. Short lived oh well. Not 1 experience with them since they
