Campanile Porte D'Italie Restaurant

Im team manager of one professional sports team (pro league). I reserve 2 night and all meal for all our journey and beginning we were 16 people. After we change and travel in 14 people and last night we dinner in 10 person. Finally woman responsable on reception obligate me to pay ALL for 16 people. Of course I wanted pay rooms and i payed but, also dinner and lunch is not possible! Because I don’t think that they cook dinner 1 day before! After we had one player that eat without gluten: terrible experience I never had problem to manage this situation but this time really disaster. For finish this amazing experience: our physiotherapist took some sickness on the skin because she found one little animal (insect like flea) in the bed! No worlds really. Disappointed 100%.

No comments!!!!! From food to rooms,very bad beds(not comfortable) to the employees. I'm profesional sports player,and my teammate get some spots on the skin in hotel....She find very strange type of insect in the bed,somethibg like flea and her body and skin is fool of spots!!! We were in the team of 12 people,on the end when we should pay they were cheating for bill,they account how we were 16 people. Every time employees were screaming on us,without reason,for every small thing. Really no comment!!!!! We never will come back there again!!!!

Quite good food, not a lot of choice And the menu can be confusing, but the food, especially the cold buffet and desserts are very well presented and delicious. The breakfast choice is very good indeed.

We were staying with 9 of us in Campanile hotel and had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. They have a weird way of cheating guests: they present you three buffets (entrees, main and dessert, with entrees and desserts jammed together in just one table) and in very poor English they explain you that you can take food just from two of them. We did not understand them and three of us took some slices of beef (main), some salad (entrees) and then one took ONE PEACH, one a cup of strawberries and the third some slices of pineapple. The blonde girl at the desk saw this and without re-advising and re-explain the (stupid) concept charged 10 euros times 5 people (when only three of us took a dessert, and as I said it was just some pieces of fruit each). Result: we had to pay 50 euros more for: one peach, a cup of strawberries and some slices of pineapple. In the meal after that, when we all understood the rule , she still came and contested our dishes. 20 Euro/person/meal is not a low price, let at least people eat in peace and what they want... You leave with the feeling that they just wanted to cheat you!!!!!!!! Very bad and annoying experience there, not to do again.

I was staying at the hotel and I went to the restaurant for dinner. There were several choices: salad buffet, hot meals buffet, plat du jour, meat of the day, burger of the day, and pasta of the day. I ordered the buger of the day and got a duck burger with hot camembert cheese and some nice baked potatoes. It was better than I expected, especially the potatoes, but I 'm not sure everyone would like it. The dessert buffet, however, was a bit disappointing: two or three choices of pie, fromage frais, and some fruit. The burger was OK for the price, but the dessert seemed too expensive so I didn 't order it. I 'm not sure it 's worth going there only for the food, but if you 're already around, it is convenient.
