During our road trip through Normandy and Bretain, we spent a night in Le Havre and had dinner in this restaurant. Waitress super friendly and food really good. My boyfriend had a beef roll menu. I loved the soup with shrimp and coco cream it was delicious! And shrimps noodles were really tasty. I'd like this restaurant was in my country!
It's a classical chinese restaurant. For lunch, you pay 11€ and you can eat what you want from the buffet, filled with chinese specialities. Affordable and the food meets the expectations you have paying that price.
