I could not resist when the waiter explained their homemade duckliver and sarted with this delicacy followed by a casserole of mussels prepared à la marinière The big slice of duckliver was delicious and literally melted in my mouth. Slices of duckbreast accompanied the liver. The mussels were reasonable of size, were tender and had an excellent taste. With above I drank a dry white wine and to end a nice strong coffee. Waiter was professional and polite. A good address in Le Havre. Opposite side of the street, the owner runs another restaurant la Marmite de Mamie
Ordered a chicken burger. See attached pic to what I got. Very serious risk of food poisoning from raw chicken. I mentioned this they took it back and stuck it in deep fryer. Returned in the state you see attached. Basically, dont go here if you're not ordering seafood. Could well be a risk to your health. Hope this place gets investigated.
A family lunch with delicate and delicious dishes. The reception by Romain is always so friendly. The new chef is a magician of the kitchen, the splendid and tasteful plates arrive on the table deposited by professional waitress and waitresses and pleasantly friendly. The contents of the plates awaken our taste buds, it's great. The breads are homemade, that with olives accompanies the dishes with pleasure for the gourmets, the other nature tastes with the tasteful cheeses of my beautiful Provence. After seeing the comments of this restaurant we decided to make our own opinion because sometimes people are unjust and we are seafood lover. We were alone my companion and I in the room. The waiter was too present and pressing, so I can understand that we were only 2 in the restaurant. We took a kir cassis in aperitif and in the bottom of my glass was a crystallized fly by sugar. We ordered Mayonnaise bulots in entry with a bottle of white wine. The presentation of the bulots mixed in the middle algae, the bulots were rubbery, hard and tasteless we have eaten two and leave the table without even drinking the wine which also was bad. We heard bad reactions not very mature in the kitchen because they did not understand that we find the bulots not good. One of the comments said it's so not good that they're going to vomit ahah. The server clearly lacked training, in short we are extremely disappointed we lost 40th in the wind for an absolutely not pleasant moment. We will never return or advise this restaurant.
I get out of the nickname fisherman's restaurant. We ordered Marian fried mussels that also have the name. No taste or rather only a taste of fleet, a little parsley onions and basta is so fade and tasteless that I have to add salt in the mussels, For accompaniment, fries, even topo, soft fries, too cooked, sweet tastes. Commanded with a carafe of rosé wine, almost translucent and not too much the taste of rosé, in conclusion invoice of 74€ for 3 people for having badly eaten even at the canteen of my daughter's school it do much better Conclusion avoiding this is saying resto go elsewhere for the same price you will find without difficulty much better.
