Sapporo Sushi - Le Gardeur Canada

The service I received was the worst I've ever encountered. The sushi was served at a warm temperature and was lacking in flavor. On a brighter note, the Szechuan dish was quite good. Nevertheless, I won't be coming back. Food rating: 2/5.

The service was excellent, but the sushi was disappointing, particularly at lunchtime. The salmon had a distinctly strong fishy flavor—while I know it's fish, fresh fish shouldn't have that taste. Moreover, some of the rolls had very little fish in them, with the majority of the filling consisting of tempura and mayonnaise.

As I mentioned, the sushi is excellent, but if you can handle the long wait times, it's definitely worth a visit. I also want to commend them for having spicy mayo readily available on the table, no request necessary. Additionally, their prices are fantastic, with soft drink cans (like Diet Coke) priced at just $1, which is pretty uncommon! Overall, I highly recommend checking them out!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff were wonderful, the dining atmosphere was delightful, and the food was both quick and delicious. I'm definitely planning to return. Two thumbs up! Rating: 5/5 for the food.

This restaurant is always vibrant and full of energy. It's a good idea to call ahead for a reservation—you definitely won’t be disappointed by the delicious food. However, I have encountered one problem: when I try to call (which is often, about 7 out of 10 times), the phone doesn’t seem to ring, and I’m unable to secure a reservation.
