Mcdonald's - Le Gardeur Canada

I have been waiting here, NO JOKE 45 minutes for a curbside pickup. This is an absolute joke. Never coming here ever again. Dont waste your time like I did.

You ask for plain cheeseburgers, and receive all dressed ones. You pay for a trio, you don't get your fries. You want a coke for your beverage? Nah, they don't have any, they only have sprite. What in the world is going on with Mcdonalds in Quebec, honestly? Never would I want to blame employees for stuff missing at the restaurant, but the fact they don't double check your order ever is seriously frustrating. Maybe Management could help them improve the way the complete orders? I gave 1 star. UPDATE, we came back a month later, and everything was now perfect. I updated my rating accordingly ?

Drive through menu was broken, could not understand our English or Français. Once they finally confirmed the right order they gave us the wrong order. Frustrated enough not to care we left and ate the cold disgusting chicken sandwich and poutine. The only positive thing I can say is the employees were smiling and friendly.

Purchased 4x Mighty McGriddle sandwiches in curbside pick up. They bring out bag and sandwiches are Mighties on english muffin. We go inside to ask for order to be corrected and we are told it is too late now as breakfast is finishing and we cannot make more … POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ….. 1-star, do not recommend ….

Drive thru was slow... employees seemed a little lost with the orders, mixing ingredients them up.
