Przekaż informację zwrotnąWow this hits the spot! Great food, ambience and music! We ordered the steak! Coming from TEXAS I can say this meat was tender and cook to perfection. The crème brûlée was definitely Texas size as well and we ate it all. Service was great as well! They even accepted to serve us when all other places did not allow us to dine-in because we were 45 min till close.... eeek! We are looking to move to the area and this place helps with our choice!
A very unpleasant service, and exorbitant prices a pint of beer at 8,50€ (I wondered if he didn't even brew it directly for that price there. The frame stays nice and I guess that's what we pay in large part....
Nice discovery close to the house! The Café de la Place holds its name well, it is on a square and takes a lot of... place! The terrace is very large and represents a significant asset in the coming summer or almost. That day, no luck, it was raining ropes and we took place inside. The frame makes very classic bistro but we feel good. The servers are very nice and the map shows a menu from noon to 15€... that I didn't take. The menu had allevious Bordeaux gratons in the entrance, shallots bath in the dish and tiramisu passion in dessert but I preferred him a good duck magret with his homemade purée! A delight at 21€! For dessert, I don't hesitate long and choose the crumble with pineapple/rhum/glace vanilla. Little disappointment on this dessert because the Annas was too dry. The next time I will taste their chocolate cake or their gourmet coffee that for the time had looked very greedy. I accompanied my meal with a very good Pessac Léognan glass. Make it back as soon as the beautiful days will be there to enjoy a lunch on the terrace!
The first two passages had been mixed: good products, a nice location, a modern look. This third passage is clear: prices have increased well while quality is decreasing. The waiters are at the small care of the mayor who dine on the spot with his wife and leave the open outside door leaving the smoke and the cold back. Servers don't hear commands because of the music that seems to bother them and the smile is optional. A bad choice tonight, I won't be back until a good time.
I'm not going! Used for some time the service is increasingly deplorable, up to the drop of too much this weekend! A few months ago very long service, 45 minutes between the entrance and the dish, fortunately we were not pressed. 2 months ago, I call to reserve for great affluence, we arrive on time and no one welcomed us, even a salutation despite the multiple passages in front of us at the entrance, so we went to dinner elsewhere! This weekend, we decide to go take the aperitif on the terrace, not a big world...the waiter takes command from a regular behind me and doesn't even bother to take mine, his much more kind colleague saw the scene and took care of me...but it's not over! We decide to order a second drink, I sign to the waiter who's about to grill a cigarette...(I know the job not to take myself as an idiot), who answers me: I'm on a break you forget me! Euuuuh I forget to pay the bill too next time! I didn't have the head to make a scandal in the middle of the square so we left, and I swear to no longer put a foot on it until some of the employees stopped getting for Marseilles hoods; not sure they'd have fun having this behavior in front of their boss. Inadmissible.
