Everyone delighted zinging spices, decent quality chicken, lamb and veg, and everyone’s desired heat levels exactly right. Gorgeous sag aloo so that’s me happy. Friendly natter about the cricket World Cup with the Indian proprietor. Two beers each. €25 per head including tip. Would go back tomorrow! (Especially when the alternative is Marriott’s brochettes and salad for €50 plus drinks!!!
Went here on our way back from a cracking day at the Ryder Cup was quoted as being one of the best Indian restaurants close to our hotel. Whilst I appreciate the restaurant was a local restaurant and not one of the up market Paris restaurants that said one thing you would expect would be relatively good service unfortunately this wasn’t the case, service was appalling and when the food arrived it was not only cold but tasteless not all of our food arrived at the same time either this resulted in numerous requests for the rest of the food to be brought to our table the general cleanliness of the restaurant wasn’t great either. Overall a very disappointing experience of the local delicacies and would not recommend eating here.
Good quality, good taste. Cheap and simple. My kids were stuffed, we went home with doggy bags. We’ll come back!
Good meal great hosts. They helped us made great suggestions explaining how the dishes were made. Enjoyed our evening very much.
I'm a huge fan of Indian cuisine, so when I saw this restaurant nearby my hotel I decided I must try it. The restaurant is a little run down but clean. The staff are all very welcoming, helpful and also speak English. The menu, which is also available in English has a wide selection. I recommend their Onion Bhaji, Vindaloo and Korma as well as Naan bread. It was truly a delicious meal, great value and an enjoyable experience!
