Salt City Pizza - Layton

Ordered the pepperoni lovers. Thought it was supposed to be cheesy too. It wasn’t. Added mushrooms and olives. Sauce too spicy. Would only order again if in a hurry.

There pizza is great fresh. Especially like the stuffed breadsticks. We always order to go and they are quick to have it ready.Food: 5/5

Good pizza! The crust had great flavor and texture, and the pizza was not overly greasy like a lot of other pizza places. Would love to eat here again ?

So I've eaten here 4 times. I really like their pizza. It's really really good pizza. However the customer service is as bad as the pizza is good. I've gone in to pick up twice, both times an older woman at the counter did all that she could to make me feel unwelcome while I waited in the lobby. So I chose delivery the other two times and was sure to tip the delivery girl 30% for her trouble. I've never had the pizza warm cause they take over an hour to deliver. They often lie about delivery times on the website and arbitrarily refuse to deliver even when it says delivery is available. I have mobility issues so I appreciate it when they do deliver and try to tip generously but I am sad to say their service and unprovoked hostility make it difficult to put up with. I won't recommend to anyone, or order again after this. I work customer service too, and I am empathetic to the struggles. However at some point enough becomes enough and I am no longer willing to excuse things. I hope they change and learn to treat customers like less of a burden for wanting to try their pizza. It makes me sad yo leave a bad review cause again the pizza is quite good.

I thoroughly enjoyed this pizza. It is delivery or take out only. But cheese sticks Pizza was delicious!Food: 5/5
