Black garlic ramen did not look anything like the pics advertise. I took the broth back to the store because I thought they made a mistake but the employees told me all their broth is the same and that the black garlic oil was in the ramen bowls. I gave them chance and went back home to try it. There was no black garlic at all, look at the attached pics of what I gotversus what the website advertises. The pork is just crockpot pulled pork and both the black garlic bowls had super burnt pieces in them. Highly unappetizing. I regret even trying it out. I don?t recommend at all.
First time experience here as I was treating my boss lady and coworker for lunch, she suggested Cupbop... During lunch I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I went in person, ordered 4 lunches, had my order in 5-8 minutes, off I went. It smelled soooo good and tasted even more amazing, I tried the B Bop (Korean beef) I was not disappointed! Price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get, could easily feed 2 with one bowl.
The staff is REALLY friendly and helpful. The menu is a bit confusing though. It's not very clear from reading it, but the multiple sections don't mix. Choose the menu section you want to order from, and stay in that sections list; there's no cross-over as far as I can tell. The bowl that I got had all of its ingredients layered in and the sauce was REALLY heavy. There' wasn't much room to tell different tastes. I would be interested in learning the opinion of a nativeKorean on how well Ramen 930 recreates authentic Korean dishes.
A little out of my usual food direction. But I enjoyed it very much. Definitely coming back. I did wish there were more vegetables. Stacy was asked if she wanted cabbage in hers I wasn't ask but wish it had been in there. The crunch would have been nice.
My Husband and I got the Tonkotsu bowl (number 1) and it was SO GOOD! I would definitely eat here again. We?ve never had authentic ramen before, but now we can check it off the bucket list.
