Louie's Pizzeria - Layton

I have yet to actually try their food due to a Grubhub issue but Kim (I believe was her name) called me right after I received a cancelation notice through Grubhub to make sure everything was ok and told me what happened on their side. She offered to remake the food and deliver it to me herself! I had already made other arrangements but this is such amazing customer service which is so hard to find these days!

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever had in Utah. They take their time and it shows

Our order was taken at 5:45 for an extra large pizza for while we wait. Two sets of kids spilled thier drinks, played with the drinking fountain, made messes of the tables, I know the kids were not the owners fault, but they had to take time to clean up after them. The parents should have. At 6:30 we asked how long and were told 5 minutes.
