Panera Bread - Lawton

Panera bread. The reputation is only in the name. Not in the quality of the food. Wrap was like cardboard. Vegetables definitely NOT fresh. $5 plus not worth it. Kitchen was a disaster area with open full trash can and clutter everywhere. Better go elsewhere for breakfast.

Today was my first time dining in at Panera. I ordered the Greek salad and got a free bear claw doe signing up for their rewards program. I also ordered a caramel latte. The salad had a few wilted pieces, but had a great flavor. The coffee was sweeter than I would normally order, but that's a preference. The bear claw was amazing.

I was impressed by the layout. And the staff. And the food! Lol. You make your order from the overhead signage, pay and they give you a pager that lets you know when your order is ready. Then you simply walk to the back of the store and your order is ready for you to pick up. (I?m hooked on the Mediterranean Veggie on tomato bread ! It?s scrumptious! . The kitchen staff are so friendly and fun! Panera Bread is handicap accessible. There?s enough room in the aisles to allow a wheelchair. I hope y?all check this out if you haven?t already!

My wife and I love this restaurant. We always enjoy coming here and it is always so clean. The place is cozy and always has nice employees that will recommend great dishes if you can?t decide. I make a lot of reviews everywhere I go and I must say. I would rather dine here then a fancy restaurant any day ! Maybe more then the Olive Garden around the corner. Y?all stay positive and good vibes all around from this Panera Bread !!!

Staff and kitchen workers are terrible ! They messed up my order yesterday gave me a completely different order and when I went up to try and get it fixed they messed it up AGAIN . I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today and they messed up my order yet again !! I ordered a whole Cesar chicken salad and got 2 pieces of lettuce and no chicken in a half container when i tried to go back up there to fix it yet again they would not fix my order. I will not be ordering here every again.
