Jack In The Box - Lawton

Whoever is managing Jack in the Box right now needs to keep it up!. I've been to this location numerous of times and the last time I had some good customer service and food was on point was about 6 years ago! I kept telling myself after the not so kind people that this was my last time coming to that Jacks! Well, I've been eating Jack in the Box since I was young so it grew on me but I went tonight and eve thing was on point! Keep it up Jacks on Cache Rd!

Out of the three times I’ve been to this location I have had to go park and wait for food. It would be one thing if it was super busy but I’m like the only one here. After seeing other reviews it seems that I’m not the only person that this happens to.

The customer service was very lacking. They would tell you what drinks they didn't have when you ordered but when I asked what do you have? I was told Coke products, Coke, sprite, root beer. But the list was limited for a Coke dispensary that says it carries over 100+ drinks. The guy that took the our money opened the window and was wearing a PornHub sweatshirt and looked dirty. The food was so gross. The chicken fajita pita was just chicken and cheese with no seasoning. The burger was so bad I couldn't get past the first bite I spit out. I would never recommend this to ANYONE!!! I would never return to this place even for a free meal.

How hard is it to do your job seriously i asked for extra lettuce in my tacos and ended up getting no lettuce at all and I waited 20 minutes for my 6 tacos and that was all that I ordered people that ordered after me go their food before I did

HORRIBLE. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. We placed a mobile order and checked it (thankfully) before we left and it was missing half the order. So I go inside and they take 35 minutes to give me my food I was missing but messed it up again!!! And then I asked for a refund and was refused. So then I requested my order to be remade because it was cold at this point and I had to wait for almost 1 hour!!!!!!! Meanwhile, multiple people came in after me and g
