Papa Johns Pizza - Lawrenceburg

Won’t do business with people who have a pissy attitude and refuse to honor corporate deals. Nobody should give these people money.

Ordered last nite and was one of the worst..in the order call the person taking the call keep trying to push stuff on me I did not want.could not get a simple pepperoni pizza correct. Pick up pizza and attitude was that I was bothering them in the store.the quality of the pizza was awful..cardboard with katsup would have been better..papa John's just lost a customer

Wow. Went in on Christmas Eve not knowing if they were even open bc the sign wasn’t on. Two employees working. I wanted a gift card, and decided I’d grab a pizza as well. They said they had never sold a card before.. ? ??! They did TWO separate transactions for this. ?! Whatever.. Merry Christmas. The day after Christmas the person I got the card for said it was a ZERO balance. Very long story short- I went back to figure it out, same two employees. They don’t know what they are doing on the damn register, and made no sense explaining the zero balance. The money was put back into my account, but made a huge mess and arguments over a freakin card?! I’m still laughing in my head about some of the things the manager Tiffany said. Absolutely ridiculous, SMH ???

The drivers are allowed to drive like maniacs, and when you call to speak to the manager they hang up. Very unprofessional and the pizza isn 't that great. I 'd go to dominos instead.

Hi, just want to start out with saying that your pizza wings are exceptional great! But I do have one concern. I tried the Philly Cheese steak papadia. It was ok. Had a good amount of cheese, onions peppers in it. But the meat was so scarce that I actually needed a magnifying glass to actually see the meat. The meat was so scarce that it tasted like a cheese, onion pepper papadias. Each half had approximately three or four TINY pieces of meat in it. The meat pieces were so scarce small, that they might have well just not even have put meat on it at all!!! I ordered it since I love Philly cheese steak sandwiches. And I actually thought that this papadias would be really tasty. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement!! Whoever made it, put the meat on extremely scarce as if they were trying to save money. I honestly think that less than half a slice of very thin meat was even put on. I could be wrong.....it could have been a quarter of a thin slice!! Papa Johns...please get your act together!! Put enough meat on the Philly cheese steak that the customers will actually enjoy it!!! This was at the Papa John's on Glensboro Rd in Lawrenceburg. Please, corporate, look into this please be sure to actually increase the meat that is supposed to go on a papadias!! I'm extremely disappointed will be sure to tell my family friends about this! I paid for a Philly cheese steak papadias WITH MEAT, NOT a cheese veggie one!! Thank you, Fran SLawrenceburg, KY
