I know a kosher dill when I taste one; Best pickles around! Why? ?Cuz their from Katz deli! Signature hot sauce is pretty good too. 4 stars bc my sub was wet from the lettuce? None of that next time

I like your sandwiches. I would love them if they didn't taste like the nasty pickle I've repeatedly asked for it to not be included. Seriously, how hard is it to not put a pickle in the box? Next time I'm going to return the sandwich and ask for another... Again without a pickle like EVERY one I've ordered and not gotten correct.

Customer service here is below average, especially in the drive thru and they keep upsizing my drinks without asking or verifying that's what I want. It's a shame, I live next door to this location but I'd rather drive to Hebron because the service in Hebron is just DRASTICALLY better and I get exactly what I ask for compared to the lburg location.

Cashier lied to me and said you could get the loaded potato soup without bacon bits. If you don't know the answer to my simple question, you don't have to lie to me or make up an answer. Other than that, my drink was mostly water and had almost no syrup in it. Wouldn't return here just based on that experience.

Ordered on DoorDash a bowl of chicken dumpling soup? Instead of calling to let me know they didn?t have it anymore and ask what would I like to do they sent me loaded potato soup. I couldn?t tell the difference at first and I took a bite right into bacon and I can?t even eat pork.
