Smoothie King - Lawrence

Typical prices for a smoothie place and they are good. No complaints.

Truthfully, the smoothies and most of the employees are great. However, I have consistently tried to talk to someone about the people who call themselves managers at this store. Every time I have had a complaint or issue, it gets shrugged off completely. I have no idea why this franchise continues to let them run the store. They get visibly annoyed when it is busy, boss around employees, and it is obvious they think they are better than their staff. Quick service does not always equal good service.

This Smoothie King location is fantastic, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond, regardless of the challenges they face. Even during busy times, they provide excellent service. Manager Grace and assistant manager Maddie do an outstanding job managing the store, supporting their team, and meeting customer expectations. They, along with the rest of the staff, truly represent what Smoothie King is all about. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews from those trying to undermine the store with false claims. If you’re going to consider any review, make it this one. Smoothie King in Lawrence is simply the best!

I heard two employees (I think Grace and Maddie) talking horribly about another employee. Was super unprofessional and made me uncomfortable

The service here is excellent, the smoothies are delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's a great spot for a quick and healthy meal or snack on the go.
