Dunkin' - Lawrence

I ordered an ice drink, but they took the icy part a bit too literally. After just five sips, my drink was gone. The location on 6th Street is much better, even though both places are owned by the same person.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this place. The staff seems overwhelmed, leading to extremely long lines. They consistently get my order wrong, and for some reason, their app never works when there’s a promotional offer (like the free coffee on National Coffee Day), but it conveniently works just fine on other days. It feels like they're just being cheap and stingy. Instead of addressing any issues, they treat you like just another number in a corporate system. They even forgot to include a spoon with my ice cream!

There’s something unique about this place. The owners clearly take great pride in their work because the donuts are always fresh, the coffee is always ready, and the line moves remarkably quickly, no matter how long it gets! For regulars like me, it’s definitely worth the trip down 23rd road to get to this Dunkin'.

Every time I'm approached, only the drive was open and occasionally it's secured so far that it impedes the traffic on 23.

I always go there a lot. Great customer service from everyone. They have great tasting food and amazing drinks!
