Mcdonald's - Lavonia

I always listen to this McDonald's while I cross Lavonia from I-85. Over the last 20 years, I have traveled to many countries all over the country. I'm referring to this McDonald 's like, The Worlds Greatest McDonald 's! Friendly service, fresh food and they have never messed up or forgotten to pack napkins straws. This is important for a traveler.

Great place to stop before you go home after a long trip. Friendly people and good food. Don't forget the great coffee.

I usually don't eat this necklace anymore. I never eat at those in Douglasville, GA. (They are dirty and filled with people who hate their jobs. We were on the move yesterday and we were on a whim at this McDonald's. You were wonderful. The food was hot and cooked for perfection. We were checked on our table (by one of the employees (I think it was Teresa). She was friendly and polite. The place was clean! If we lived closer, I'd go back here in a heartbeat. Keep the big work, share your work ethics with shops in Douglasville. (Chapel Hill Rd and Hwy 5 I would also add that I worked for 5 years for McDonald's in Cumberland Mall and Spring Rd stores from 1979 thru 1984, so I know what the company expects. Too bad on Douglasville that she fails so spectacularly and kudos to Lavonia to do so well.

I wanted to eat at work after a long, stressful day and the woman gave me a free Mcflurry! I know it's a little gesture, but it certainly did my day! Thank you.

Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2 for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits. We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two to each other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right. My husband said hello? The young lady said yes. He said are we finished? She replied I’m waiting on you. He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits Then She said and a chicken biscuit He said yes We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I’m not dealing with this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind and looked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn’t see name tags. She handed us back our card with the white young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn’t expect with the level of service they were providing. We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let me check to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank you CRYSTAL for the five star service. That was rude and I don’t believe the standard of this McDonald’s corporation. The sausage biscuits were soft and delicious however the chicken biscuit was hard, the chicken was cooked well. The 4 stars instead of one is for CRYSTAL, ALLISON the manager and The Customer Service Team behind the scenes
