Of course, the food was also good, but the OUTSTANDING service made it so much better! A real shame we've just been through.
The experience here was excellent. Eat well and service well. The restaurant has improved a few years ago. The amount of food you get for the price is about the best you will get in any restaurant.
Waited over an hour and saw people coming to me to get room. Then a worker says they call me and another one says I don't see your name here. I heard all the time. After we insisted, we finally sat and saw several empty tables. The waitress was very nice and the food was good.
Very short staff. Just wait three. 45 minutes wait for 2 people and less than half of the tables to be used. Then it took 45 minutes to eat. I understand it's hard to get help and not to blame the restaurant. Just frustrating. I saw the store was overcrowded. Five employees I counted. Move them to the tables. Maybe a cross training? Eating was good, just slow.
We were on our way to SC and stopped here for brunch. They were a little busy. Due to being short staffed, food and service was delayed. But it?s okay bc we understand. It?s the same everywhere. Hopefully they can find more ppl soon as the demand for restaurants is increasing rapidly. Thank you for the good lunch.
