Not super good service came to drink and eat but very stressed staff despite few people took a long time before the drink arrived and then the wine was very very cold would not recommend
We took the chef's suggestions. Today: sea bass fillet and floating island in melon soup. Delicious! Charming welcome and pleasant terrace.
Can only comment on two dishes which we tried. The beef carpaccio which was freshly out of the fridge so the base of the dish roquette was very cold (borderline frozen) we had to leave it for 20 minutes before eating so I would suggest the kitchen takes this off their menu if it cannot be prepared a la minute. Second dish was pasta ; it had been left out post cooking a bit too long so stuck together. Not bad in terms of taste, but consistency could have been better. The classics such as cheese fondue looked good however so would suggest you stick to the basics and avoid going off piste at Le Chalet.
Always a pleasure to come and enjoy a fondue after a few hours in the baths. Very welcoming staff
