I hadn't ordered a popcorn chicken, and now I remember why. it was dry like the hell and hardly hot. sonic isn't good for anything nowadays, except drinks. shakes are hit or miss, depending on who does it. total:?

I suppose the night leader thinks he's too good to talk to customers? we ordered at 5:50 a.m., eating at 6. we checked the bags and noticed that a sandwich was missing. I'll let them know they take my bags and tell me it's out in a few minutes. 6:15 o'clock rolls and nothing. I'm talking to them they ask for the manager again and send a regular employee instead. We ask them to take him out, 5-10 minutes, and nothing. I doubt that it takes so long to make a chicken sandwich so long. max 5 minutes. I'm embarrassed for this facility.

Nice place. Had ice-cream treats that were delivered to the car quickly and as ordered. Clean grounds and friendly staff. Definitely a regular stop for us.

Its always a hit or miss and honestly I am tired of giving this location chances to prove me wrong. My latest issue is waiting over 20 minutes for an order ahead order via the app. Order at 12:26pm, i checked in, hit the button twice. Was told it'll be out when its ready I saw many cars come and go.. Never once did they say if they were backed up or not because it didn't look like it. Finally i just left about 12:57 and called customer serivce for a refund. Very bummed and hungry.
