Wendy's - Laval

Went in to order food.. And when I smelled the restaurant, I had to leave immediately because of how fowl it smelled in there. Worst smell I ever smelled in a restaurant. Also they decide to close whenever they want. I've been to the drive through many times before their closing hours and they'll just tell me they're closed. It's happened more times than I can count. How are they still open? How has a health inspector not checked out this place??

Dirty restaurant, dirty bathroom. The hand dryer was defective and the floors were sticky.Waited 20 minutes for the wrong order. When I mentioned that I ordered a single with no cheese due to an allergy, they just removed the cheese and left the burger until it was cold.I had to remind the staff 3 times before they realized I had not received my order yet. They were lost and confused. I won’t be coming back here.

I am not sure if it was an off day or if it’s always like this but one thing is for sure, I won’t be coming back anytime soon….My partner has a severe dairy intolerance. We asked for 2 Dave’s trios, one of them without cheese. (Maybe we should have specified it was due to an allergy but that’s not the point) The cashier right from the get go looked like he absolutely hated his job and acted the same way, kid had no life in his eyes, very welcoming... When we finally got our food, both burgers had cheese so we brought one back and kindly told them to change it as we asked for no cheese, the cashier took the burger and dumped it next to the girl making the burgers without saying anything and after 10 minutes..still no burger so we asked the manager what was going on and told him that we were waiting for a burger without cheese. Instead of making a new burger they grabbed the one we gave back, which btw is now cold, scraped the cheese off and handed it back to us. Absolutely infuriating, instead of making a scene we just left and won’t be coming back. Plus the place is VERY dirty, sticky floors, hand dryer defective, bathroom is nasty….This is not the first nor the last time that a fast food place has messed up our order, I honestly don’t understand what’s so hard about omitting a slice of fkn cheese.

Waited for 1 hour during which they told us it wouldn't be long? They served meals to everyone who ordered after my boyfriend and me. After 60 minutes, during which several other customers were unhappy with the wait, my boyfriend went to speak to an employee, for the 4th time, to tell them that our order had never been served. The employee gave him any random bag and said, "Here." We asked for a refund because obviously it was not our order. Here we are, 1 hour later, angry and hungry after our work day. Off to another restaurant we go?!

The employees at this restaurant do not have a smile on their face. The customer service is very cold. We received our order in a reasonable amount of time and the food was good. After our meal, we decided to order 3 frostys. It was at this point that we waited for about twenty minutes for 3 frostys, while we had waited half that time for 3 combos. What was most frustrating was that some employees seemed to be going in circles and doing nothing.
