Terrible service they could not hear us at the machine very well or speak English very well, so they couldn’t understand what we were saying. We tried to go to the window to to add what we needed and they said sorry we have A line !!!! What kind of non sense is going on here , not one of them was professional enough to handle the situation … terrible working skills under pressure , worse thing their was barely a line : zero stars if I was allowed

I'm not the type to leave BAD reviews but this time something really got me !August 7 around 1 30 an employ around 20 years old and long braids yawned in my face!he was also leaning on the counter like it was at the bar when I was ordering . Me and my wife we were in shock !! I'm in food business too and as a manager i would never hiring somebody rude AND lazy like that .. on top of that after i repeat 3 times my order(BECAUSE HE WASN'T LISTENING) there was a mistake with my food after i got charge . Not even an apologies he didn't even look me on the face and i was about to ask for a refund and leave !! I call 3 times to speak to the manager but the line was busy !How can you work with people if you don't know how to behave ?? AND HOW CAN YOU EAT in front of clients And not even wash your hands ? I hope the boss is gonna say something or watch the cameras because if he catch somebody with a bad day is gonna tell him off .SOME PEOPLE SHOULD BE TRAIN PROPERLY And LEARN HOW TO LIVE IN THE WORLD ! 5 PEOPLE LAUGHING AND CHILLING AND THE TABLES WERE DISGUSTING !! Poor generation !! IM NEVER GONNA CAME BACKPLEASE DON'T GO THERE

Walked in to see the employee sitting on the counter by the coffee station. As we were walking out with our food, employee sat back down on the counter where they serve the food and handle the cash register. To add to our experience, we saw another employee spitting paper balls out of a straw. Very unprofessional and ended up loosing my appetite.
