Thai Express Laval

Both meals we ordered this afternoon were very disappointing. The rice and vegetables seemed overcooked, and the General Tso's chicken wasn't as good as I remembered; it lacked the crispiness I prefer, and the breadcrumbs had an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, the meal was too expensive for both the quality and the portion size. What a letdown!

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It was seriously undercooked and lacking in flavor.

The customer service was good, and the kitchen staff appeared to work together efficiently. However, the food wasn’t impressive. There were clumps of noodles stuck together at the bottom of the General Tao dish and in the spicy soup. Additionally, they forgot to include the order of fried ravioli. Fortunately, the manager accepted responsibility for the mistake and provided a satisfactory solution. On a positive note, the fried banana was delightful, and the mango ice cream was delicious. Their desserts are definitely worth trying, but the main dishes left much to be desired.

It would be very appreciated if the opening hours are updated.

Forget eating at any Thai express. Its not original and taste is no where near Thai cuisine. Cheap fast food.
