I would understand if it were busy but there was barely anyone and you could clearly see the staff taking their sweet time. My last 2 visits were horrible so not coming back here again
The cashier was verry nice and the restaurant is nice and clean but the food was not verry good, everything taste the same and the sauce can't save it, the price should not be this high.
Au Coq Tonight we thought we would enjoy our usual Tuesday night chicken dinner. We ordered our usual 2x chef choice and 1 hot chicken with white meat. Price also went up crazy, 39.95 with tx. We are five minutes from home. When we arrived with our order we opened our dinners to find 1 order of filets, 1 order of nuggets and one order of wraps. We returned to au Coq to let them know we had the wrong order. The girl immediately retrieved our order at 6:32 our ticket says it was ready at 6:01. When we got home we knew it would be cold, we couldn’t even eat the coleslaw which went in the garbage, it was like thick creamy mush. Unfortunately the next time we want chicken we will go to St. Hubert nearby. Very disappointed besides the huge price increase for garbage. No longer a special!
When you order by mistake for the hour and you call and you tell them can you cancel the order and they say yes 2 min later they call back to say it’s not possible. It’s kind of nonesense they call me to say cancel it through Uber so I get charged for an order They didn’t do yet. Before you say I don’t know the systeme of Uber how it works, I run 4 franchise restaurant I know exactly how Uber works on the restaurant side. You are just greedy and know nothing about custommer service. I don’t like writing a bad review about a restaurant because of the hard time we having about staff and hard custommer etc… but my request was simple cancel the order I’ll be home around 6 and I’ll order after. It’s the fact you say yes I’ll cancel and you don’t do it, I find it greedy and believe me it’s not the 40$ that bothers me it’s the principe that you didn’t have the gut to say no I won’t cancel.
Wrap was good, but it should not take more than 30 minutes to get a wrap out when theres almost no one in the restaurant
