May it be the Bulgogi or the Bibimbap, the Korean food here is delicious . Also the complimentary condiments like kimchi and the tea are great! I strongly recommend this restaurant if you want to discover Korean cuisine!
The service is friendly and the food is fresh - their sashimi is to die for. I've been there 5 times in the span of 3 months, quality does not change neither does the service. For lunch get there 10 minutes before because it packs up fast!Im going there today for lunch, in a few hours can't wait!
It is a meal and a meal. It is good to eat meat and vegetables. If you are coming to the next time, I would like to eat Japanese ramen. The shop is super easy, but the food is fine.
If you want very good Korean dishes in a simple clean unpretentious space this is it, and it really is excellent. It is tiny so don't expect pages of menu. It does a super job with a smallish list of dishes that are perfected and fresh and very nicely served. Montreal is short of good Korean restaurants so if you do not know this cuisine, Misoya is a great benchmark from which to judge the others. The only drawback is the bleak and dreary appearance of the SAMI's strip mall where it is located. Sami sells fruit and veg at the best prices in town, glad they are there, but they have no civic pride as regards the dilapidated mall they own. I should mention that Misoya is big on sushi as well. They make it fresh, it looks great, but I have never tried it as I am drawn to the Korean dishes.
