Mcdonald's - Laval

Building isnt wheelchair friendly (doors arent automated). Bad customer service : no ketchup, no napkins, no spoons, no refills, took 40 mins for icecream.

I went at 8:30 pmIt was super fast and my food was fresh and hot ? Respect MCDO standard ?The manager was really nice and helped me with the application ?Over all 10/10

One of the fastest Mcdonald’s I went to in my life! Didn't take me a minute to order and have my order in my hands?My fries were hot and perfectEmployees were very motivated and like there is a competition or something ? Good job for this restaurant manager and all employees who were there at 9 pm? ? ? ?Definitely coming back

For one lousy coffee 15 minutes wait ,and it's not even busy the place, employees are not competent.
