Mcdonald's - Laval

Service absolutely terrible. they seem to only have one exhausted employee doing everything.

I went there and didn't know who was serving me because they all looked lost. Bathroom was disgusting, The food wasn't served properly. One of the worst mcdonalds I ever went

Worst McDonalds I have visited. I'll sometimes tolerate bad service for food, but here even the food sucks, I never thought that a fast food chain can give different (worst) food than thier other branches. Food is old and hard, the burgers and bread are tough. Fries are ALWAYS old and often way too salty. The old lady at night is always rude and seems like shes angree to recieve clients. You're not going to finish your food because its not edible so Just go somewhere else.

Awful. Consistently awful. Long delays. Miserable, indifferent employees. Dirty. Soda machine is always missing syrup. Restaurant is always missing items; classic broken ice cream machine, run out of food, happy meals come in paper bags instead of boxes. Messed up orders. Yet, I foolishly keep going hoping they learned but no, always the same.

I asked for vanilla ice cream in a cup they made a regular one with the cone and put a cup on top… pas fort lol
