Dunn's Famous - Laval

Dunn's is the absolute best in Montreal for smoke meat and poutine! Always delicious, attention to detail, excellent poutine also. It's the real deal, love it!

2.5 stars. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. My grilled hot dog was good. The fries were excellent. My husband has the smoked meat egg rolls and a chicken Caesar salad which was OK. The restaurant was a bit shabby and clean but not squeaky clean.

BEST smoked meat in the area! And the service from Wendy is great! She is part of the reason why we go a few times a month!

Found this close to our hotel. Had to try their Montreal Smoked Meat since we are here (Laval is close enough, right? . Wasn't too busy and we were seated promptly. Had a good family restaurant feel to and was very causal and comfortable. We ordered the Smoked Meat Bagel and the Club Smoked Meat. Our food arrived in decent time and looked great, and it was. The only complaint is that the bagel was too small for all the meat on it and was a challenge to hold and eat. But yes their smoked meat is great. It was good enough that we ordered delivery after the show to our hotel and it arrived in 15 minutes. So good...highly recommend

Descent place to grab a meal with the family. Good portions friendly staff. Service was timely and Restaurant was clean.
