Santos Fine Food - Lauterbrunnen

This place probably has the worst food in wengen. The schnitzel was a piece of frozen breaded chicken breast you get in a Walmart. Don’t make the same mistake and eat here. Very low quality

I guess Wengen is pretty quiet during the low season . Was looking for something is eat walking down the main street but most place were closed. This was the only place open so me and a buddy of mines gave a try. Prices were affordable in terms of being in Switzerland I guess. They mainly serve burgers and fries with some other fried stuff and sandwiches. Burgers were cooked fresh and hot as I remember burning my tongue. Its a no frills kind of place and you come eat and go. Burger was decent for a meal.

Great hospitality. It was off peak season and almost the only restaurant opened when we were there. Full house when we stepped in. Boss is one man show and very nice man. Their pork chop is rather well done.

The only diner still opening past 9 PM. Staff was polite, however he was overwhelm with work. Saw few other customers couldn't wait to be served while the same staff is preparing our food. The fish and chip was not bad, not too oily as well. Generous with quite many pieces. Price is a but on the high side.

Reasonably priced and good taste. Took veggie burgers and fries. Veggie burgers were great. Fries as well. Quantity was good. Will recommend for sure. Can get busy a lot of times as well. Filled with local people as well.
