We were there twice. On the first day we had something to eat. The food was OK, but it's a shame that when you pay with a card you have to pay different tips starting at 10% and going up. In Switzerland they are Tipper included and mostly only rounded up or if it was very good. You give something voluntarily and you are not in the USA where tipper has 20%, 25% and 30%. That's where you start with this rip-off. On the second day at 4 p.m. we had something to drink and ordered something again. Since we were still waiting for our friends to order food. Then the waiter came to us twice and told us to order something to eat, otherwise we would have to leave again asked the boss because we had already spent over 150 Fr in the restaurant the day before and wanted to complain to him that something like that was an embarrassment. People who drink something want to get rid of it straight away. This restaurant is one of the worst restaurants in Switzerland. Boss has don't let yourself be seen either. It's better to go to another restaurant where the service is better and also speaks German.
I don't think the price-performance ratio is ok. Especially with “Build your own pasta”
Came in looking for a decent meal. First off no fondue available even when it’s all over the menu … no vodka either…. We tried the worst bruschetta we’ve ever had. Terrible stale bread with mushrooms thrown on top. What??! We explained we didn’t like it. And didn’t want to pay for it. They didn’t offer to remake it and our server decided to just try and make us pay for it at the end, after we had already asked to have it taken off. All we got was 20% off the price of it. No wonder this place is empty. Sad cause it’s a great location. Hopefully the owner does something about this place. It won’t last long operating this way. Gross. And I get the sense that food safety compliance is not a priority. Be careful here
It's not just a hotel but a restaurant too. Not that many people. Food was good and tasty
