The coleslaw was spoiled, the drink was carbonated and both pieces of the chicken, leg thigh was dry, the outside was crispy as that is what I ordered however the meat was dry as well, the only this I was able to eat of this meal was the biscuit. This was very frustrating considering I worked a double that day and was fatigued and hungry and my hard-earned money was spent on a meal that did not satisfy me or my hungry. I did not take kindly to having such a unworthy meal!On a better side the customer service was decent, the young man was very kind and respectful.At this point, I will not be visiting again as this was my third time dealing with unsatisfactory food from KFC/LJS.
The worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. Erline was so rude. She didn't give us our drinks and when we asked for them she acted like we were at fault. Finally got our food and realized they forgot an item. We went back and she again acted like we were an inconvenience to her. This KFC has always had issues. But this was the one visit that will have me never going back.
First of all this store is visibly filthy. The guy that took our order was dull and lifeless. They had no mashed potatoes at all. When we asked for wedges. They gave us fries. They did not include the.condiments that we asked for.
Ordered online and paid for it. It's 7:52pm. Online said my order was ready at 7:15pm. Have been here 10minz. Just now getting my order.
Went to the drive thru at 9:45 pm and ordered a large cole slaw. The male employee told me that they were out of slaw. I call that bull sh_t. Never assume your customers are stupid. I'm intelligent enough to know I'll never go back there.
