Arby's - Laurens

We contacted the load to let them know that they left a frit and the ones we received were half empty and the general manager contacted my man back within 10 minutes and told him that he made us a meal fresh and extinguished it in our house. he was so apologetic and made sure we took care of it. this was beyond and beyond the customer service. I will recommend this location to everyone. I sometimes know that the service can take a while, but they make sure they take care of you.

We ordered 2 French dip combos. They were each on different bread!!! The Au Jus tasted old. The tea was old. No napkins, straws, or Arby's sauce!! We will not be back.

Door locked at 1245 pm. Two couples inside eating but want let anyone else in to dine in

This is unacceptable I orders a chicken bacon Swiss meal and I get home and I had turkey on my sandwich. Yall need to have a talk with your employees thanks and this better not happen again. This was just pure laziness.
