The food is okay. The French fries are pretty crisp!? The back terrace is very nice and they offer blankets for every table!

This place is great. They also have a beautiful back patio. You order at the counter and they bring you your food and drinks. I got the kale salad with chicken and a latte which came out to $34 (tip not included) so definitely on the pricier side. But the food, service and atmosphere was great.

I've been here a lot. Every time the food was great and when I went to dinner in the other week, it was no exception.

It was a while since we denied Johnston's Saltbox (before Covid) and it changed a lot. On the plus side the outside area is beautiful. They expanded over the small outdoor area on the terrace and with the trees and the lights, it is a beautiful place to dine. Since that is said, they eventually moved away from the order to order and pay through a window. When you arrive, a host welcomes you and secures a table so if you have completed the order/payment and you receive your number, the host will accompany you to a table. Service at the table was excellent. I was a bit withdrawn by ordering through the window and choosing the burger by default. I ordered a cheap bottle of wine that was very good. The burger, not good. It was a strange experience to order through a window for menu items, from $17 (Burger) to $38 (cod) and a $32 chicken pot cake. The cheese plate was $28. The food here was very good and there was a line out the door at night because they had no reservations. They still don't. While its capacity has increased, food quality has taken a dive. Maybe wine and little bites would be a better choice for the next time we can still enjoy the beautiful outdoor ambience.

Very delicious restaurant with excellent service and very nice terrace seating area. Can not recommend this place for dinner in summer
