Subway - Laurel

I work nearby and don’t get lunch breaks, so I appreciate a place where I can grab food quickly. This restaurant has consistently impressed me with its speed and service. My sandwiches have always looked great, which is a nice change for a Subway. Plus, I’ve noticed there aren’t a bunch of flies buzzing around, which is often an issue at other Subways.

I find this Subway to be perfectly satisfactory. I visit regularly and I'm not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews, but most of them seem to be dated, possibly reflecting past management. Currently, it's a pleasant place. The service is quick and the atmosphere is inviting (as much as a Subway can be, anyway). I plan to keep coming back unless things take a turn for the worse, but I don't anticipate that happening.

I had positive experiences with the staff at this location. It's a popular hangout spot for many teenagers, so it can get quite loud. If you're just grabbing something to go, that's not an issue. However, if you're dining in and observing the lively atmosphere, you might want to rate it a 3. A 3.5 would be a more fitting rating, but that's not an option here.

This is the worst Subway franchise I've ever been to. My family ordered three subs while we were in a hurry. When we picked them up and paid, we discovered that they had given us the wrong type of bread, neglected to toast any of the subs, didn't include cheese on any of them, and didn't add any dressing or sauces when we requested them. On top of that, they included a bunch of extras that we didn't order, which I had to set aside. When we called to politely let them know about the mistakes, they insisted they were right and gave me attitude instead of acknowledging the error.

My son and I arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 PM, and it seemed like they had started to clean up since there were no other customers around. When we placed our order, the staff seemed hurried, quickly throwing the meat and toppings together. It felt like they were disappointed that we had come in. They weren't rude, but there was a noticeable rush to complete our food. I understand that it was close to closing time, but if you close at 10 PM, it would be nice if customers felt more welcome.
