Subway - Laurel

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The man making my pizza was rude from the moment I placed my order. He grew increasingly frustrated with each topping I requested. While my pizza was baking, I was at the register paying for my order, but when it came out of the oven, I still wanted to add more toppings from the other side. Without asking, he started to box it up. When I asked him again to add the extra toppings, he responded with a bad attitude. Furthermore, when I requested more cheese, he told me it would cost extra, even though he had just seen me pay. He then begrudgingly gave me the smallest amount of cheese and finished boxing my pizza. I would not recommend this location at all.

I ordered two steak cheese subs online at 8:20 PM on August 11, 2023. When I got home, I discovered that neither of them had cheese! It shouldn't be that difficult to read the description on the receipt!

The food was excellent! While the service wasn't terrible, it was a bit slow. Vegetarian options: Subway offers a wide variety of tasty vegetarian choices! Parking: There's no shortage of parking available here; I've never had difficulty finding a good spot, even during peak hours. Wheelchair accessibility: Access is easy for both wheelchairs and walkers!
