What's up with the Lamb Saag? Other authentic places like Jewels of India would laugh at this version—it doesn't even have the right color or texture. Why is my spinach crispy and tasteless? Seriously, what's going on? And if the owner doesn't even acknowledge my comment, that's disappointing. I spoke with them directly, and they seemed to know what I was going to say and had rehearsed responses ready. Just take a look at the picture; this is clearly NOT Lamb Saag. Don't believe the owner's response when he tries to defend it. I made an effort to address this before posting my review. May God bless your hands? Oh boy!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday during our second visit to Sapphire, which she chose as her preferred restaurant. The food and service were outstanding. They surprised her with a birthday dessert that she absolutely loved. My oldest daughter enjoyed the Thai Fried Rice with shrimp, while I had the Tandoori Mix Grill. The birthday girl relished her Shrimp Curry, and another guest enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala. The rice and garlic naan were delicious too. My takeout Panang Curry Chicken was excellent, featuring red curry, lime leaves, coconut milk, and peanuts, all served with crispy steamed broccoli.

I really hate to give such a low rating, but I just spent over two hours at the restaurant from 12:30 PM to 2:15 PM, and I was the only one at my table who wasn't served. I was told they were busy with online orders, but we were literally the only patrons during that entire time. It's just bizarre that out of a party of 12, I was the only one left without food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I personally will never come back. The service was incredibly poor, and it seemed like the server was overwhelmed. One other guest experienced the same issue; his food didn't arrive until 2:10 PM.

My son was a patron and he was attacked by another male and in an unconscious state in your institution on the 14th. September 2022 left and only the EMTs were called. I need to know what happened. Why didn't you call the police? Instead, it was reported as a fall and the ambulance was called when your employees saw it was an attack.

Came in on a Monday night around 8p. Only bar section opened at that time. Our server was nice. Ordered the chicken curry hot and the goat curry hot. The chicken had a kick to it while the goat wasn't too spicy. I enjoyed the meal. Total a little over $30. Also played a few rounds of pool while listening to the jukebox. Luckily I had some cash on me that I could get change for the pool tables. Overall, good experience.
