Pizza Hut - Laurel

I received a perfectly hot, fresh, and visually appealing pizza today from Lorbeer Md Pizza Hut. I decided to return to this restaurant because I had previously tried a competitor and found that I really missed their crust. I ordered a large hand-tossed supreme pizza and 2 pan cheese pizzas. The delivery was on time, the driver was friendly, and the pizza was incredible. I have already enjoyed my experience at this establishment and yesterday's meal was excellent as well.

Whenever I order from this restaurant, my order is always incorrect. I called to inform them that my order was wrong and they said they would make a new pizza for me. When I went to pick up my pizza, I had to wait over an hour for it. The second time I went to pick up my pizza, they hadn't even started making it and I had to wait an additional half an hour.

The food is well-prepared with good service. The pizza aroma is decent. I tried the veggie supreme and honestly, it was just okay.

The pizza had 1/3 of them without hits except sauce. and the door lock took a long time to come here 30 minutes lasted longer than an hour.

Took more than an hour not trusting Pizza Hut anymore because this delivery was awful. Mostly because they wouldn't pick-up the phone to let me know how late my order is. Placed at 6:45c order never arrived until exactly 8:45pm. The delivery was not contactless as I requested was delivered by a non-Pizza Hut man...couldn't tell if it was an Uber Eats or DoorDash or other. Pizza was already getting cold as well
