I started my experince looking through many of the negative comments, but when I got there they seemed to be working their hardest to try and grow their business back after shutting down for Covid. They're taking huge precautions with the food and putting hand sanitizer on every table as well as plating the food for you. The restrooms were average in cleanliness but they do have doors on the stalls. xD There was a bit of a gap in some of the doors, maybe uncomfortable for some, but I'm a guy and it was perfectly adequate in privacy for me. Like anyone should be trying to look through the gaps anyway? Creepy. Their food is seasoned differently than other buffets I've been to, not that the flavors were different, but the flavors were better balanced and more subtle; the dishes weren't just sunk into gravy and sauces, but the seasonings pronounced themselves with time. It's the kind of nuance in cooking that allows you to reflect on the pepper in the Mongolian without being overpowered, yet bakes a bit too little buffalo sauce into the buffalo wings and leaves you looking for hot sauce to slather on it. In short, I can see why some people were disappointed for the experiences they were looking for, but the food is done well here and deserves trying. Their presentation on the buffet alone was gorgeous. Very beautiful food. Speaking of which: all the flavors pop when the food is warm. The food is really good. The nuances are delicious. But because not many people seem to be coming back too quickly, I found a few of the dishes to be cold. This is a problem that I'm sure they'd correct personally for you, however, as I also found all the negative comments about their staff to have no base. I was helped more than adequately multiple times in my experience here and everyone was cordial and friendly. In short, again, they are doing a great job with their food and staff, but the current state of things are causing them to fight uphill. I enjoyed my stay here; the food was good and the staff was helpful, but it was not perfect.
