Dunkin' - Laurel

I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant to save yourself some valuable time. They consistently mess up orders and the establishment is dirty. Whenever they are out of a certain item, they fail to notify customers until after they have placed their order. I have decided to stop visiting this place altogether.

The breakfast staff at this restaurant had a terrible attitude. Not only did they forget my order for butter pecan ice cream twice in a row, but Georgia was very rude to me when I brought it up. Instead of apologizing, she just shrugged and walked away. Not a very pleasant experience.

I had a quick breakfast at this restaurant and it was a mediocre experience. The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers. We had to wait a long time to place our order and they seemed impatient. The coffee was weak, like hot water. When I asked for more coffee or a shot added (at an extra cost), they refused. The hash browns were okay, but the tomato and pesto sandwich was too dry. They also added lettuce to my sandwich without me asking for it. I will not be returning to this Dunkin outlet.

Please try to do better on the ice-cream drinks. too much ice and very bitter.

This is THE WORST Duncan's in the local Laurel area when it comes to delivery. They 3/4 times ALWAYS leave one of my omelette bites orders out of the delivery bag. What is so hard to understand with TWO ORDERS OF OMELETTE BITES!! Every.other.time I am looking for 2 orders, they only send one.
