Domino's Pizza - Laurel

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch. I have ordered their pizza several times and have always been very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I had the worst pizza ordering experience of my life at this restaurant. My sister ordered pizza online for my birthday party, but when I picked up the order an hour later, three slices were missing because the driver had eaten them. I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for the order to be completed. When I got home, I realized the pizza was made incorrectly and I was accused of it being my fault. I tried calling the manager, Michael, and the area manager, Alejandro, but got no response. I had to leave a voicemail and am still waiting for a resolution.

Had a quick stop to get pizzas for children for lunch. it is quite close to the grill place in laurel and very fast to get some good pizzas. we ordered in the store and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes. nice and quick service. pizzza was as always ingenious with every dominos outlet . many parking spaces outside. the kerl in business was very helpful and gave good service. do I like this place?

I gave this load 5 stars for the supplier blake. blake went to the building already smiling and ready to deliver these 22 pizzas. we need more energy in the world. thanks for getting the big work!

Never received our order, store told us 3 separate times, 15 minutes apart, that our driver was 5 minutes away. last call was told it was dropped off at our door and there was nothing there, store was closing by the time they could do anything other than cancel to help Store told us they didn't know where the drivers were at one point 25 minutes after the tracker said order completed. honestly hate going here this isn't the first time but is the last
