Chipotle Mexican Grill - Laurel

I appreciate that this restaurant consistently has salad dressing available. Unlike some other Chipotle locations, they have never let me down in that regard.

I have been to several Chipotle Mexican Grill over several states and this one is at the top of my list. The food was well seasoned and not too salty. They fill up your bowl and pack it in. The workers were very friendly. Ate in and watched people steady coming in.

I try to avoid this particular Chipotle location whenever possible. My child enjoys ordering the Kids Quesadilla Meal, but the staff consistently refuse to fill all three pockets in his meal tray as requested. They insist on only providing two toppings, and recently they have even limited it to one of them having to be beans or meat. It's frustrating to have to negotiate for a second or third topping, especially considering the high prices at Chipotle. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service make for a disappointing experience. Additionally, the dining area is often dirty. I recommend exploring other Chipotle locations or fast food options in the area as there are plenty to choose from. I have reached out to Chipotle corporate in the past about this issue in hopes of seeing improvement, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Whenever I order takeout from this restaurant, my order is always incorrect or missing items.

Need to clean the store more often along with restrooms.
