Fantastic Sushi, Made quickly and tasted fantastic. Staff were polite and accommodating.

Whenever I visit Morty’s Food Hall, I make sure to grab a bubble tea from Ichiban Boshi. They truly serve some of the best bubble tea in all of Tasmania. As a vegetarian, I often enjoy their avocado and cucumber sushi; however, my partner had a less than satisfactory experience with one of their meals—it looked nothing like the picture and was reportedly quite bland. Despite the limited vegetarian options and somewhat lacking value for money, their bubble tea is outstanding, offering a variety of bases and toppings. I highly recommend trying the taro tea with white pearls, mango, and passion fruit pops—you won't be disappointed!

I've visited this sushi restaurant many times, and it’s consistently delightful. Every dish I've tried has been delicious. Although I'm not a fan of tuna, their sushi makes it taste really good. The customer service is always excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable.

The $10 deal for a large chicken shell and bubble drink is an amazing bargain. Excellent value and great service!
