Buntalk - Launceston

This is not a fancy place to eat, but the food is pretty nice. My husband and I ordered the pork dumplings, special fried rice and chicken with cashew. The dumplings were some Fad, the special fried rice was really good, lots of chicken, pork, shrimp and egg. The chicken and the casheway were excellent, one of the best I've ever had delicious and pretty big service (and not filled with bulky celery). I will definitely be there again to have this dish again.

When we give him a 1 star because we killed the family on the Dockside on a cold winter night for a few cheap and happy Chinese, just to find this restaurant, is now renamed, and prices have doubled.

Chinese is not my favourite. I was invited out with friends and was pleasantly surprised. It was nothing like the take away Chinese of my youth. Highly recommend.

The waitress was very accomodating and friendly. Our dishes were nice but quite small and expensive. We enjoyed our lunch and have Asian OFTEN but found this nice but not with any wow factor to match the prices.

Loved every moment with the great food and friendly service. A bit slow but food is cooked fresh so that can take a bit of time. Just on the docks yard, lovely views.
