I asked for a replacement, but he denied my request and insisted that I would have to pay again. I wish I could share a picture of the pizza here for everyone to see. I raised my concerns about their policy, but Clayton completely ignored me while preparing an order for another customer, whose order had apparently been accidentally taken by the driver. Overall, the management at that store is a complete disaster. I will never return and plan to escalate this issue until I receive my refund. Just a heads up: if your food isn’t made right, you won’t be able to get a refund or even a replacement.
Awful service. My order was canceled, and when I tried to call the restaurant to find out what was happening, they never answered. I was on hold for over 37 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Customer service is terrible. Believe me!
This was the worst Domino's pizza I have ever had. I ordered two pizzas: the first one was stuck together in the middle, making it impossible to get a slice. For the second pizza, I requested extra chicken and garlic sauce, but instead, I received just a few pieces of chicken and no garlic sauce at all. I am extremely disappointed, and from now on, I will be choosing Pizza Hut or any other pizza company instead of Domino's. I tried calling to speak with someone and was on hold for over 45 minutes. I even called the corporate office, but no one answered. I do not recommend this place at all.
I was charged for chicken and sauce that I never received. I ordered wings because I was looking forward to them, but the service time was not acceptable.
I had a wonderful experience at Domino's Pizza. There's just something special about their pizzas that I absolutely love!
