This place is a secret tip with great ideas and tasty offers around wild herbs and healthy, vegan-vegetarian diet. Small cozy backyard with seating and edible plants around which the employees harvest fresh when needed. There are tap water with herbal infusion for self-service, tastefully no mainstream and thus a subtle experience. Due to the unusual spices (e.g. the herbal lemonade), it can happen that something does not correspond to the personal taste. Less experimental eaters should be advised in advance. Improvement potential: I would have liked more pumice in the vegetables. The name Pizzakartoffeln is misleading, as tomato(nsoße) is not included, but the seasoning was very tasty and the cauliflower cheese even slightly crispy. Especially positive: all dishes were served with fresh salad and homemade vegetable dips or edible flowers. Friendly owner and service, here the time goes a bit slower but this fits the holiday and the original small town. So time remains to relax and let the environment work.
