I have visited this excellent restaurant in Walloon Brabant multiple times and have always been impressed by the warm reception. The atmosphere is cozy, with a small farmhouse and a spacious covered veranda as well as a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen service is impeccable, with no flaws in the cooking or presentation. The Chef is skilled and supported by a dedicated team, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I recommend trying the Menu Petit-fils (3 or 4 courses) with the wine pairing, as the portion sizes allow for a satisfying meal without feeling too full. While it is on the pricier side, the quality of the food and service justifies the cost. The Chef's enthusiasm is evident both in the kitchen and when interacting with guests, while Madame's wine selections are always spot-on. The only downside is the narrow roads leading to the restaurant, but parking is conveniently located nearby. In sum, this restaurant is a top choice in the region.
The charming Le Petit Fils restaurant is located in a beautiful residence with a large veranda and a lovely terrace surrounded by greenery. The setting is perfect for enjoying a refined cuisine that combines classic dishes with inventive touches of exoticism. We opted for the 4-course 'Petit Fils' menu along with the wine pairing for €18, and we were very pleased with our choice. The menu is concise, focusing on the main ingredients of each dish. Our meal started with a Luxembourger cream and vine peach aperitif, followed by finely chopped amuse bouche as a delightful appetizer. We then enjoyed dishes like salmon tartare, foie gras with fig jam, and crispy veal with lentils and pancetta. Each course was expertly paired with a selection of wines by our knowledgeable server, Sebastien Leroy. The meal ended on a high note with a unique dessert of pecan and tangerine pie with Timut pepper meringue. Despite the indulgent nature of the 5-course meal, we did not feel overly full thanks to the perfectly portioned dishes and expert wine pairings. Overall, Le Petit Fils is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.
The servers are very friendly and detail their plans well. The kitchen is exquisite and the dishes are very good goddess Finally, the clientele always goes with a smile
Excellent dinner: the boss is looking for delicate and innovative flavours. Very good advice for the choice of wines. Flame atmosphere and pleasant heat. It was delicious. Every visit to their home delights us. Thanks to the team and good wind for the future. José Charlier and Marie-Anne.
