Harmonie Orientale - Lasalle

I discovered this restaurant two summers ago with my best friend and ex. We originally had plans to go somewhere else, but ended up really enjoying our meal here. The interior is charming.

Another home run! The flavors are fresh and fantastic - you must try the peanut butter dumplings, they are absolutely delicious. Don't walk, run to this restaurant!

I went to the restaurant for their lunch special, which included chicken with mixed vegetables for $10.50. The meal also came with a choice of soup and a spring roll.

We have been going there for at least 10 years , and the food is as good now as it was then...the owner is very nice as well as his wife and kids that work along side him....reasonably priced its a must if you like szechuan....the HUNAN DUMPLINGS are superbe.....try it once and you will want more...

I guess everyone already knows about this place because it was buzzing! The custard and curried beef buns were amazing. Lots of hotdog version and I wasn't a fan of those much. My least favourite was the pork buns but I guess thats a personal thing. Give it a go. We went back late on another occasion and they were sold out, so dont go to late. They only take cash or debit (i dont do debit in stores..just my thing...so go prepared)
