Ordered the Imperial Peking duck. Unbelievably good.

Exceeds All Standards I dined at this place few years ago and I ordered the whole duck and another duck dish, which at that time I was not impressed with ant of the dishes. This time I asked for recommendations from my faithful waiter Herman and here what we tried: Garden Dim Sim: An edible Art Sichuan Beef Short Rib: No One on Earth can top this dish, a meat that melts in your mouth and does not need any chewing, Prepared with PERFECTION. A must try... honesty My second favorite dish is the Braised Seafood Curry Rice really the best I ever tried, and I tried plenty. My favorite Sake is Soto Junmai Daiginjo Served chilled. Very smooth and not dry nor sweet. Service is top notch. Ambience is great. Price matches the perfected dishes.

Paul was amazing! The food and service were exceptional. The Peking Duck and the Truffle Soup Dumplings were out favorite dishes of the night.

I am very pleased with my visit at Wing Lei. A true star Dinning experience . And ladies, no need to wonder what to do with your purse. They offer a tiny chair, beautifully upholstered for it to rest on next to your table. The lamb chops were flavorful and tender, a reason alone to return. Finally an elegant, classy and adult Dinning experience.
