The restaurant is pretty expensive compared to 711 and Circle K, where you can find better hotdogs. I ordered a footlong hotdog, onion rings, and a regular hotdog. The onion rings consisted of one medium-sized piece and four small burnt circles covered in oil, so a total of five pieces. My total bill was almost $17, which did not feel worth it. For $5, I can get better quality hotdogs at a convenience store down the street. This was my first and last time at this place. Not to be harsh, but that's just my experience. I was surprised to see the lady cooking the hotdogs, but they were still cold when I bit into them. The hotdog also fell through the bun halfway, which was disappointing. The cashier was a cool guy and very informative. However, the cook seemed overwhelmed, even though they had only opened the previous Friday. She seemed frustrated when she made a mistake with my order, but that's not a good attitude to have in front of customers. I manage a kitchen myself and know how important customer service is. I may consider giving this place a second chance if I hear that they have improved.
I saw this restaurant all over social media and decided to give it a try. The Sonora hot dog was so delicious that I ended up going back for another one on the same day. The atmosphere at the restaurant was lively and charming, with a 50s vibe that added to the experience. I can definitely see this place being successful in the future.
I love chili cheese dogs and they definitely have the best. The bun is warm and soft and the hot dog was perfectly charred and the chili was great and just delicious overall. Fries were good and crispy too. The environment is clean and cute. Definitely give them a try and try the loganberry swirl
